I cannot even express how incredible this meat is. When I expressed a desire to buy some, they put together a bespoke package for me based on my preferences for cuts based on how my family eats (and my limited freezer space lol). Low fat and HIGH flavour!
I cannot even decide what my favourite thing is. The smokies are…hands down the BEST I’ve had in my entire life. I’ve used the stewing meat to make the most incredible stew that even put my famous bourguignon to shame (and made it without wine and it didn’t need it). I found out they DO bourguignon cuts with more marbling so I’m excited to try that next. I’ve had spaghetti sauce with the ground, so low fat, no greasy anything going on with my sauce! We grilled and cut up the brats to use with perogies. Maybe this weekend will be the ribs!!!!
