Our lean ground from October Heifers is now available!   30lb boxes of our lean (80/20 fat ratio) . These beautiful animals have been grass-fed and grain-finished the right way – slow and steady on our own barley and oats until they’re ready. Cut fresh and packaged right in 1lb packs.
